Trust & safety
The mechanics that keep both sides honest
Trust here isn’t a promise — it’s escrow, review queues, ratings, and a dispute process that platform admins can actually act on.
Escrow, funded up front
Publishing a campaign immediately moves reward × slots into an escrow ledger. Providers can’t quietly under-fund a task, and workers know their payment already exists before they start.
Every submission reviewed by a human
A provider approves, rejects, or requests a revision with a reason on every submission. Nothing is auto-approved, and payment only releases on approval.
Disputes go somewhere real
A rejected or revision-requested submission can be escalated to a dispute, which platform admins can see and resolve directly — not left between two accounts to sort out privately.
Admin moderation with an audit trail
Suspending an account or pausing a campaign is logged. Row Level Security means even an admin’s write path goes through the same verified, auditable functions as everyone else’s.
Content moderation on the platform itself
Providers running moderation campaigns bring their own flagged content for workers to review. Separately, we moderate the platform itself: a suspended account is redirected away from every dashboard on their next request, a paused campaign stops accepting new submissions immediately, and both actions are recorded to an admin audit trail.
Two-way ratings mean a pattern of poor-quality submissions or unreasonable rejections is visible on an account, not hidden in a single provider’s private notes.
Report a concern
If you’ve hit a listing, submission, or account that violates our Terms or Worker agreement, open a dispute from the submission directly, or reach the trust & safety team.
